So I downloaded *Rose of Prophecy* onto my kindle and read it shortly after it released. Will I be able to re-read it after it's unpublished?

Yes, everyone who has previously downloaded Rose of Prophecy will still have it. It just won't be available for anyone else to see or download. :)
