Hell is a subject I've written on before in blog posts, but I never dealt with the objections surrounding it in as much depth as "A Hellacious Doctrine" does. Some of the material in A Hellacious Doctrine overlaps with the material in my blog posts, but there's a ton of material exclusive to the book, material you won't find anywhere on the Cerebral Faith website (e.g my biblical reasons for rejecting annihilationism).
The doctrine of Hell caused one of my seasons of doubt, not unlike the kind I recounted in "Inference To The One True God". I thought it would be nice for my second book to deal with an issue that I struggled with myself. In fact, in both books, I talk about how I wrestled with my doubts, asking God to lead me to the answers.

I'm currently working on a blog post series titled "Tackling The Problem Of Evil". I plan on turning it into a free e-book at some point titled "Hurting In God's World: Why Suffering Doesn't Disprove God".
It's going to be free for two reasons (1), I think it's wrong to charge people for material already available (i.e the blog posts would be viewable on the Cerebral Faith website), and (2) another apologist, better known than I am, recently published a book on this same subject, and I would have to compete with him.

You should either (A) take a writing class, or (B) do a LOT of reading. I did the latter. You'd be surprised at how much reading can improve your writing ability. You subconsciously learn things like how paragraphs should be structured, how headers and footers should appear, the average length of chapters, etc. Reading can make you a better writer. In fact, if you view my blog posts from 2012 (the year I got started) and my blog posts from 2017, you'll see a dramatic difference in my style of writing. I've gotten better over time just from reading. Monkey see, monkey do.

The best thing about being a writer would have to be the ability to influence peoples' thinking and even their lives. Whether it's a blog post or a book, I know that my writings can have a positive impact on people. Since I write on Christian Apologetics and theology primarily, I know that I might be bringing souls to Christ even while I sleep, because they're on the other side of the world reading an article of mine or one of my books and is having their intellectual barriers removed. I can also be equipping people who are already Christians to be well prepared to defend their faith when it comes under fire from skeptics.
I've had several Christians tell me how my material has helped them become better equipped in giving a reason for the hope within (1 Peter 3:15). I've also been told repeatedly how I make even the most abstract and difficult concepts easy to understand. These comments make my heart sing. I write for God's glory, and I hope and pray that he continues to use Cerebral Faith to further His kingdom.

Usually, I just wait and let things come to me. I usually don't churn out good material when I try to force it. Pretty much all of my best stuff just comes to me. Regarding blog posts, sometimes I'll see something online or hear something on TV, or maybe even read something in The Bible and that will give me something to write about. Sometimes if I'm doing deep philosophical reflection on a subject, that will give me an idea for a post. Most of this reflection on various theological and philosophical subjects happen when I'm in the shower or walking my dog, or doing household chores. In fact, the idea for my book Inference To The One True God struck me while I was doing the dishes!
So to make a long answer show, my advice would be to not force yourself to churn something out. Go for a walk, read some books, take a shower, watch some documentaries on TV. Inspiration will strike in time.
