What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Evan Minton The best thing about being a writer would have to be the ability to influence peoples' thinking and even their lives. Whether it's a blog post or a book, I know that my writings can have a positive impact on people. Since I write on Christian Apologetics and theology primarily, I know that I might be bringing souls to Christ even while I sleep, because they're on the other side of the world reading an article of mine or one of my books and is having their intellectual barriers removed. I can also be equipping people who are already Christians to be well prepared to defend their faith when it comes under fire from skeptics.

I've had several Christians tell me how my material has helped them become better equipped in giving a reason for the hope within (1 Peter 3:15). I've also been told repeatedly how I make even the most abstract and difficult concepts easy to understand. These comments make my heart sing. I write for God's glory, and I hope and pray that he continues to use Cerebral Faith to further His kingdom.
