In her books, Judy has a candid writing style. With a foundation in Christian faith, and practical suggestions to apply, she addresses issues that affect real women, with real problems, needing real solutions. She writes and speaks on: motherhood (when it doesn't go exactly as planned), friendship (with all its ups and downs), postpartum depression (letting women know they're not alone as she offers steps to wellness).
