Sonnet of Silence | Honor He Wrote
I am the loudest when I am silent,
My lips are shut yet I speak treasures.
Speech without heart is nothing but noise,
Listen to my silence, you'll hear the universe.
Words spoken with mere lips reach nowhere,
For it's the heart that makes words alive.
Tell people who you are without saying a word,
Speak from your very core, they'll listen alright.
I repeat, silent people have the loudest hearts,
For when you speak less you get to listen more.
The more you listen the more you are heard,
The more you hear the more you get to grow.
Set the words on fire, let them all turn to ashes.
Tell people who you are without all the speeches.

Holy Trinity (The Sonnet) | Amantes Assemble
Civilization is founded on 3 pillars,
Conscience, courage and compassion.
Without these three there is no society,
Only a prehistoric mockery of civilization.
When all three come together, lo and behold,
Here rises the holy trinity – the holy trident!
You can use it to plough the land of creation,
Or abuse it to devour the divisions most obstinate.
Wasting precious lifeforce chanting like a parrot,
Do not go chasing fiction out in the wilderness.
Wipe the rust off your heart that causes all the drag,
And you my friend, shall be the incorruptible trident.
However, in reality, there are no three, but only one.
The spirit of love and oneness is beyond time and form.
Conscience, courage and compassion.
Without these three there is no society,
Only a prehistoric mockery of civilization.
When all three come together, lo and behold,
Here rises the holy trinity – the holy trident!
You can use it to plough the land of creation,

Practical Mindfulness (The Sonnet) | Corazon Calamidad
When someone’s world is crumbling down,
Reach out to lend a shoulder not analysis.
If the world had more carers and sharers,
We wouldn’t need the services of therapists.
Most humans are raised to be selfish robots,
Then they spend their life on a therapist’s sofa.
When someone’s going through a period of grief,
Only the mindless comments, ‘have you tried yoga!’
For the human mind to be whole and healthy,
You gotta empty it of all the unhealthy junk.
And there is no greater junk on the face of earth,
Than the traditions that make us self-centric drunk.
Elimination of coldness is the highest of all wisdom.
Treat the common cold, and you’ll treat all descension.

True Meaning of Christmas | Abhijit Naskar | Visvavatan: 100 Demilitarization Sonnets
If you cared about the thousands of children suffering today in Gaza, as much you care about the birth of one middle eastern child two thousand years ago, perhaps then, you could’ve understood the true meaning of Christmas.
As of now, Christmas is just a festival of hypocrisy – and that too, in the name of a man who gave his life to lift up the fallen. My question is, if you cannot be Christlike in your deeds, what’s the point of all these festivities, which are supposed to be rooted in goodwill towards all, not mindless self-obsession!

Many Minds, Many Lanes (Sonnet) | Abhijit Naskar | Azad Earth Army: When The World Cries Blood
Poetry is a way of life, and nobody
knows the way better than those lost.
And when poetry meets science, there is
nothing more magically potent than that.
Science is a way of sight, and nobody
walks it better than the undoctrinated.
Religion is a way of light, and nobody
lives it better than the undivided.
End of rigidity is the beginning of religion,
end of division is the beginning of divinity.
To acknowledge prejudice is the awakening
of reason, which is the bedrock of curiosity.
Truth of good is truth of God –
there is nothing higher, more divine.
To me faith, science, poetry, all same,
many lanes to lift our one humankind.
knows the way better than those lost.

Original Vow (Anti Fascist Sonnet) – Abhijit Naskar, Neurosonnets

By race we are all african,
by birth we are all feminist,
by nature we are all lovers,
by suffering we are all poets.
You know, which nation has the nicest people?
You cannot guess in a million years.
The nation with the nicest people is, Earth, for
no nation has exclusive franchise over niceness –
goodness is a human quality, not a national one.
Nationalism is an animal trait, not a human one.
Sacredness is a secular practice, not sectarian.
Culture is an act of expansion, not exclusion.
Bella ciao, we’re not going back
to the jungle, not ever, not now.
Hate not permitted while I stand,
this, is the original divine vow.
