Sarah has been composing creative nonfiction for many years. In her newest publication,
“As a Result”, the author shares her coming-of-age in a series of vignettes, illustrating the effects of growing up in an alcoholic home.
Sarah faces the fact that she too has addictive behaviors and after a series of devastating losses, seeks help in 12 Step recovery.
Today, the author gives book talks and presentations on her story, her recovery, and on the writing process, particularly memoir.
