Even when I finished writing the first draft, the ending was far from satisfactory but I knew that the right idea would come one day. It took more than a year since then and came completely out of the blue while sipping mocha on a rainy day but now, in my humble opinion, the ending is possibly the best part of the book and rounds it off in a way I cannot be more happy with. This is what still separates writing from cinema which has very obvious limits in what it can depict and I hope will keep writing from dying off even if human attention spans keep shortening at the shocking pace it has been since the advent of the internet(less)
