Next, I choose a conducive setting based on the energy/vibe of the scene I am writing. Sometimes, I am alone. Other times, in a noisy room filled with people. Whatever the case, the job of the ambiance is to ADD to the project, not distract.

Lastly, you can pretty much always guarantee that I'll be there be with a cup (or two) of coffee.(less)
