Sometimes you have to move past personal issues to write what really needs to be written, the journal allows me to get all that out. I also start stories as they come to me and keep them saved. I think have around 10 right now that I have notes on. I try not to let a possibly good idea slip away as you never know when another good one will knock on your brain announcing itself. (less)

That's the best thing about being a writer, being able to release whatever it is you are going through into the world and sometimes gaining an audience in the process. (less)
