Hard Work, Health and Hobbies #TheSundayPost
2025 is going pretty well for me so far. Like many, I started off the New Year by overhauling my lifestyle. I've got 3 bulging discs in my spine so I'm trying to lose some weight to see if that will help alleviate the pain. I've been eating much more healthily lately and am starting to feel a bit better.

Tizzy, I have been reporting what happened in Manchester since I heard the news last night.
