Laila Taji is an American of Palestinian heritage. She was born in the UK but pretty much spent her whole life in the Pacific Northwest. She is currently living in Kirkland, WA with her husband and two girls.

She has degrees from Smith College, Johns Hopkins and the University of Washington and runs the website ArabishWay.com
