Rayna York grew up with hippie parents that moved a lot. Where change was the norm, books were her constant—a way to escape. As an adult, many careers came and went, but writing has always been her passion. Her books tend to be based on dreams, and since that’s the way inspiration strikes, she wakes up every morning and writes them in her notebook with barely an eye open. When she’s not tucked away in her writing shack, she’s pursuing other passions, like chocolate, reading, or movies/TV series.

It was an interesting and entertaining novel, but the ending was a little convoluted. That aside, I will be starting the next book in the series right away.

A decently entertaining thriller. I felt the dialogue was on the weak side, but still worth the read.

I started reading this book without realizing there were seven books in the series. I finished this one, but mostly while speed reading. There was so little dialogue that I found it difficult to get through.

I always give five stars because it takes a hell of a lot to write a novel—especially a series. But honestly, this book was not for me. I loved books one and two, but this one was stretching it into more than it needed to be. It felt contrived, and t ...more

This one was a little bit of a roller coaster for me. I loved the first half, but then I began to lose interest. Thankfully, a major catalyst sparked the story again. From there, I enjoyed the direction the story took. It’s an epic tale that mostly t ...more

I love coming across novels that surprise me. Uniquely written, and a fantastic story, I enjoyed every moment of it. I’m grateful to the friend that passed it over to me; otherwise, I would’ve never read it.
