is a Syrian author and storyteller whose writing traverses the fragile landscapes of exile, memory, and womanhood. Her short story collections In Waiting and A Rose in the Wind have been praised for their emotional depth and quiet power—A Rose in the Wind earned fourth place in the Radio Monte Carlo International “Aswat Ala Al Hawa” literary contest.

Her upcoming novel, Sixty Years in Exile, is a haunting, lyrical portrait of a Syrian woman displaced by war, drifting through camps, psychiatric wards, and foreign lands—all while carrying the unbearable memory of a daughter torn from her arms. It is a story of silence, madness, motherhood, and the enduring ache of identity lost and reclaimed.
