Effie Moss was born on a cold January morning, at least that’s how the story is told! A self-proclaimed multi-passionate entrepreneur and a small business cheerleader. Her first “real” business journey started in 2012. An adventure which took her on a path to Dragons Den in 2014, watched by 12 million people. Fast forward to 2020, she now runs 2 businesses, including The Kindness Company and is the author of The Long Journey Home.

The Long Journey Home was originally written to share with her little girl, to show her that when life hands you lemons, you have everything you need inside of you to bounce back, however as she wrote the story, Effie realised that there may be others in the world who need the story that she has to share.
