She is also the author of Where Corbeaux Fly, a collection of short stories full of Caribbean dialect, humour and settings; Write.Edit.Publish!: A Self-Publishing Checklist & Guide & That Summer of ‘88, a small-town romance set in Arkansas, United States.

Before becoming a writer, she worked as an educator, and as a freelancer in media relations.
