Isn't this series a rip off of Abi Roux's extraordinary Cut & Run series? Except Abi's series isn't full of typos and grammatical errors, silly plot skip-overs and holes, and her books are just plain good. Wait, and then "Thayne" and "Jarrett?" Sounds kind of like Zane Garrett? Just because there isn't word-for-word plagiarism doesn't mean it's not a rip off.

I hope my readers like the books.

I am still vacillating on what creatures to include. I do know that the main characters will be large cats, ie. tigers, lions, panthers, etc. But, in the world I'm building, there will be other kinds of shifters as well.

The stories will take place in Los Angeles (and it's surrounds) because I live here. If you have noticed, most of my books take place here because it's what I know. I also set some stories in Texas, where I visit now and then.

This clan/tribe of shifters live in the high desert where they cannot be detected by nosy humans as easily as if they were in the city and there is an elaborate hierarchy to their culture. There is a king and all those who serve him.

Once again, I'm going to use the formula I used in the Death and Destruction series where there is one main couple who will continue through all the books. These books won't be quite as long as those though.

Oh! And the coolest thing! AJ Corza, my amazing cover artist and I have been working on cover ideas. I came up with some of the concept but she came up with the majority of it. I can't believe how talented and visionary this woman is. No one has done the ideas we have so I am completely excited to see her finished product.
