Debbie is based in Birmingham, UK. Whilst raising three sons she sold short stories to national magazines, including Woman’s Weekly, People’s Friend, Take a Break, and (oddly) Motor Caravan World. She then worked as a city centre secretary/Personal Assistant in both legal and building consultancy companies, as well as a stint as a ‘temp’, and utilises these experiences in her work.

Debbie now runs a transcription business, which means she can type fast enough to purge all the wild ramblings in her head and transform them into stories, mostly humorous fiction, with the occasional blob of real-life angst thrown in for good measure.
