Hello!

I am a north-east-based writer of uk urban crime-thrillers, suspense mystery with supernatural undertones. My stories have a chilling realism inspired by true events.

I have published two books. My debut novel is called, 'Find Me In The Darkness' and the sequel is 'Dark Writings' Both are available in paperback or Ebook, from Amazon or Kindle.

I love writing, and my aim is to give readers a gripping story, so you experience real emotion and empathy for the characters as the twists and turns of their strength, struggles, and weaknesses unfold.

My genre is blended between crime-thriller, mystery, and supernatural fiction.

How do you deal with writer’s block?

D.H. Jarrett I have a large notebook for each Novel that I'm writing, which has the story planned out from start to finish. I also have a small notebook next to my…moreI have a large notebook for each Novel that I'm writing, which has the story planned out from start to finish. I also have a small notebook next to my bed, where I jot down any plots and inspirations that come to me, day or night.
I use it for notes about future books as well, so I don't seem to suffer from writers block, as Im always planning ahead. Im a writer who reads through in my mind what I have written that day, usually when Im chilling in bed, so my small notebook is great to remind me that I have to correct something in my manuscript when I realise it is either wrong or could be written better, this saves me returning to my laptop when Im in much needed R&R mode !(less)
