She was experiencing delusions and disassociation's brought on by change in her medicines, internal anxiety and stressed associated with her Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). In addition she was catfished during this mental this crisis and just "wanted to get away, and be saved from something she couldn't name or pinpoint". Prior to this she asked the question is she "worthy of love with all her traumas and mental illness? " In my efforts to try and salvage our relationship and bring her back from her delusions, I wrote a notebook and letter explaining to her how she and our relationship are worthy of love and strive to survive this mental/marital crisis. Similar to the movie "The Notebook", I write detailing our story and my mental health experiences to bring us closer together and bring her back to reality. (less)
