Funny romantasy - just the ticket!
I was in need of a pick-me-up and Assistant of the Villain turned out to be the right thing. I've had it on my Kindle for a while. A slow burning, misunderstanding romance set in an almost fairy tale land, I thoroughly enjoyed the funny banter and secret thoughts between the two protagonists. And Evie manages to do what I can not: think up a witty retort on the spot! Bring on number two!

"I won this in a giveaway recently and as soon as I finished my last book I got onto this one. I read it in less than 2 days, it is quite a short book and it kept me interested. It is definitely more suited to children than adults but that didn't both"
