Wow! Thank you 'My Books and Crafts' for this wonderful 5⭐ review for CRIMELLA. Very much appreciated. I was worried my multi-genre feel may be too much for murder mystery lovers. Thank you, thank you, thank you.... and Rachel, for organising the book tour. Rachel's Random ResourcesREVIEW for CRIMELLA by S C Cunningham
❗''Okay, if you’re after a murder mystery that doesn’t take itself too seriously but still dishes out plenty of intrigue, this book set in the sleepy village of Nettleacre is a real treat. You’ve got an oddball trio consisting of an ex-glamour girl, a no-nonsense ex-policewoman, and a hopelessly romantic spiritual healer—who bounce off each other brilliantly. They’re always up for a glass of wine, a bit of cheeky banter, and poking their noses where they probably shouldn’t, which makes for a cracking read.
What’s brilliant about this story is how it mashes up cosy countryside vibes with supernatural shenanigans and some great quick-witted chatter. The action rattles along nicely, but honestly, it’s the lovable cast and the gorgeous English setting that really make it stand out. If you like your murder mysteries with a twist and a good laugh, you’ll have a blast with this one—it’s a classic fun and fresh take on the genre. I really enjoyed it! "
My Rating 5 ⭐️ !"❗
Crimella: Not-so-cozy Murder Mystery
