Winsor is a former senior-level leader who worked in three publicly traded companies. He played a key role in the development of leaders at all levels within these organizations. Today, he brings a deep understanding of what it takes to lead in the modern global business environment.

His passion for collaboration began when, too frequently, he found himself trying to persuade people to set aside their focus on win-lose outcomes and instead work to generate win-win outcomes.
