H.I.M.- Hortenzia Ilona Moscato was born and raised in the suburbs of Connecticut where she still resides today with her husband Jerry and son Kainen. Although relatively new to the arena of horror writing she has been an avid artisan of ceramic sculpture, mosaic’s and silver jewelry to name just a few for over twenty years. Hortenzia or Tenzi as she is known as to her friends and family is the first generation in the US of Hungarian emigrant parents with Hungarian being her first language before learning English. Due to the length and complication most have in pronouncing her name she prefers to publish under her initials for simplification.
