I'm still working on the fourth and final Natta Magus novel, but it's going really slow, like GRRM slow. That's mostly because my 2018 creative juices wanted me to write short stories and RPG modules. I'm particularly excited about the RPG module, as it was officially contracted by a somewhat popular RPG publisher that wields a +5 Agreement of Non-Disclosure. That'll come out late winter or early spring.(less)

Natta is certainly "leveling up" in this one: Whereas the first book had him saving Rome's frontier, and the second had him saving Rome itself, this one has him dealing with a worldwide threat. He's certainly missing his quaint little shop on the Aventine Hill when all he had to do was find missing heirlooms and pets.(less)

A new LitRPG adventure!

Well met!

Few things are as exciting to an author as announcing the release of the first book in a new series, so here goes.

Announcing … [drum roll]

The Tomb of Angelus, the first book in my new Undying Lairs LitRPG series!

The Tomb of Angelus

For those of you unfamiliar with LitRPG, it’s a relatively new (but hot!) genre where the characters enter a fantasy or sci-fi world and use game mechanics to gain pow
