Over 40 years ago I wanted to write murder mysteries, historical fiction, contemporary mainstream, and romances. I ended up writing and completing a contemporary romance set in Idaho in the 1970s and published it on Amazon for the Kindle in 2011, but still want to write in those other genres also.

My passion now has been, since finding Amazon's Kindle Vella for readers & authors, writing a female serial killer (Angel of Death), a timetravel historical romance (Timelss), a short story collection that includes flash fiction (JR's Short Stories), another Cookin' With The Hopkins Bk 2, co-writing with Lisa Vandiver (The Fae and The Vixen) and putting my great uncle's collection of short stories & longer he wrote when he was a teacher & principal

There are a series of 3 of them all about the different fishing seasons that take place there and the murders are either taking place on the water or have something to do with the fisheries. I even have the book cover for the second book and was writing two short stories about eh main characters and how they came to Alaska; have the book covers for those as well. Thank you for asking.(less)

And after reading some very popular blogs like Konrath's and seeing what kind of money was possible, why give 75% of your earnings to a traditional publisher when you can make 70% going indie. Thank you for stopping and asking.(less)

Thank you, too, Peg; love the name as it is my mother's name. My husband is from CO and I lived in Evergreen before I was five yrs old. May be visiting in October to see husband's grandmother and his newly found granddaughter. Much success to you.
