“I’ve been absent from you too long. I miss you so badly and yet this being apart makes me realise you’re not simply the faithful man who loves me so astonishingly well, but an angel, sent for some unfathomable reason to look out for me. But angels are courageous, aren’t they? I should know. I have never understood why I deserved such grace.
