Sara Schroter is a British Bermudian author who spent two decades as a lawyer navigating financial services and advising families. After years of writing legal documents, she decided it was time to write something a little more fun. Now embracing her passion for storytelling, she creates books that entertain, inspire, and help others.

Sara lives in Italy with her husband, Paolo, and their two children, Lily and Max. Sara Schroter answered Goodreads's question: If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there? Hogwarts! I want to eat in the dining room and hang out in the common rooms. Also playing quidditch and riding the Hogwarts Express would be great!

What a beautiful book! I have been thinking of it for days afterwards as we live so close to where it was fictionally set in Italy and my best friend lives where it was set in Brooklyn. Lovely storytelling.
