James Scouller is an executive coach, thought leader and author. His fascination with leadership has dominated his working life over the last 45 years. You must have a passion for your subject AND believe that what you have to say will help others. If you don't, don't embark on the journey, as what you write will lack the vital spark that helps you connect with readers.(less)
