A little bit about me: I was born in Zaragoza, Spain, though my parents are from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, I've moved more than twenty times. I went to school in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Puerto Rico and I'm bilingual and bicultural. I've spent the last thirteen years raising my fun, inspiring boys while working from home. My greatest joys are spending time with family and close friends and coming up with characters and interesting situations.

They're good-natured and easygoing and watching them makes me believe, "Those crazy kids are going to make it!" Yes, there are deeper, more complicated fictional couples, and their dynamics make me think, but they don't always make me smile.(less)

1. If I'm stressed, I go for a long walk while listening to my "chill" playlist. This usually helps me get a fresh perspective on my day so I can sit and focus on the task at hand.
2. When I'm having trouble coming up with new material experience has taught me that the best way for me to push through is to keep writing until it feels right and good. It's hard, but it's the only way!(less)
