Hello, lovely wanderer! I'm Mae East. Thanks for stopping by. I’m an independent author who likes to roam across genres the way some people roam through bookstores—curious, wide-eyed, and occasionally carrying more than I probably should.

I’m generally an optimist at heart, but my stories sometimes slip down shadowy alleyways or wander into stormy weather. I like a bit of contrast—sunshine means more after the rain, after all.

Well, it’s Sunday evening and I’ve lost track of the week again. I’ve been going through the INK series making sure the content doesn’t have any plot holes before I go over the final book and get it out to the world. Sometimes, I will admit, it is not so easy going at it alone, especially with a trilogy. I know the story and details in my head just fine, but making sure I don’t leave anything out

I just listened to the audio version of this and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not only was it a great story, but it was also a great reminder of things worth remembering. It had me hooked, invested, and entertained the entire time. Loved it!
