Fiction: Lovecraft
I have a new post on my WordPress blog. As I've been developing this blog, it seems that it's going to be little teasers on horror and mystery short stories. I love reading short stories, especially the classics. This week I'm featuring Lovecraft, "The Dreams in the Witch House." Wow, I forgot how much I liked Lovecraft and I'm rediscovering him.
Stop by and take a read. My posts are short, usually 500 words. You can read them while sipping a cup of coffee or tea and discover, or rediscover, some of the most talented authors of the past.

Salem: Glossy Black Beast, White Horns
Ever read the fiction of Mary Wilkins Freeman? "The Little Maid at the Door" is a suspenseful story of witches at Tales of Terror this week. You might also enjoy her play, "Giles Cory, Yeoman" which is also about the Salem witch trials and what a read it is. And if that isn't enough for you, you will find Freeman's spooky tale "The Shadows on the Wall."
Enough? I don't think so. Are you into listening to radio plays? I've got several for you.
Stop by Tales of Terror Women in Horror month for October. And next week, I've got something really special planned!

Never Poison a Witch
Poe said "I wish I could write as mysterious as a cat." Famous author Kelly Link has written a short story about witches and cats and I think Poe would give her a rave review.
