“Can a man who lies, cheats, steals, and sometimes does violence to other people be a man of honor?
Kolabati looked into his eyes. "He can if he lies to liars, cheats cheaters, steals from thieves, and limits his violence to those who are violent.”

“When I was a child, adults would tell me not to make things up, warning me of what would happen if I did. As far as I can tell so far, it seems to involve lots of foreign travel and not having to get up too early in the morning.”

Hi Rick. Thanks for the friend request. It's good to meet you - and your career history sounds fascinating! But it must be tough sometimes fitting your writing in around your 'day job'. I wish you the all the very best with the books - hope you sell lots and manage to get to Europe sometime! So many places to visit... Have a great week!

Talk all you want I find all the England stuff fascinating. My parents rented a cabin near Kings Beach in north shore Lake Tahoe for years so I know what you're missing being in England because Its one of the most beautiful places there is. If I ever sell enough books or make too much money at my "day job" I'll find my way over there to England and Europe so I can see all the places I read about in books and have seen in Foreign movies. Though, like you, home will always be California.

Cheers!"Thank you Mrs. Fallen Star Poet! I'm a little jealous of you living in England, I've always wanted to go and never had the chance. I wish you well!

Tell people what books you're reading, comment on what others are reading, and find a few groups where the participants share your interests. The more you do, the more you'll enjoy it.
