I am a wife and mom of seven, a gardener at heart who owns and lived on a vineyard for almost a decade. We recently moved our family to Central Oregon for an adventure! I enjoy long RV trips with a snuggly kiddo, a hot cup o’ joe , and a stimulating book. In my spare time I write… a lot! My first book, “Redeeming Childbirth” released in Jan of 2013, RedeemingChildbirth.com launched in Oct. 2012! I write at Leaving A Legacy to encourage and inspire parents to embrace the role of leadership they have in raising up the next generation. My husband, Isaac Tolpin and I have been married for 16 years. ...more

“Before the Porcelain Throne The Unrest that”
Angie Tolpin, Redeeming Childbirth : Experiencing His Presence in Pregnancy, Labor, Childbirth, and Beyond

“The challenge is to choose to be joyful around your home, with your children and husband. I know this can be a challenge. It is much easier to be joyful with friends you only see every now and again. I would like to encourage you in this because we mothers are God’s catalyst for setting atmosphere in our homes. “If Mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.” In fact, we can purposely shine our lights for Jesus as we look at the glass half full. We should choose to be joyful instead of have a pity party during challenging times because the more we do the more we glorify our Father in heaven. In these circumstances, it takes making the conscious choice to praise Him and be thankful regardless of how we are feeling.”

“Divorce was never a thought...A life together forever was our only plan.”
Fawn Weaver, Happy Wives Club: One Woman's Worldwide Search for the Secrets of a Great Marriage

“Early in our marriage, we knew that once the kids were gone, we would still be married and have to work on it. So, we decided to pay it forward. We worked in the first year like we wanted things to be in the fiftieth year. I'm so glad we did.”
Fawn Weaver, Happy Wives Club: One Woman's Worldwide Search for the Secrets of a Great Marriage

“You can either feed negative thoughts or you can starve the suckers.”
Fawn Weaver, Happy Wives Club: One Woman's Worldwide Search for the Secrets of a Great Marriage

“Bonnie and Jerry told me they never run away fro disagreements. They face each one head-on. "By holding it in, you'll begin to slowly form a negative opinion of each other," Bonnie reasoned, "which means you can't work out what the disagreement is.”
Fawn Weaver, Happy Wives Club: One Woman's Worldwide Search for the Secrets of a Great Marriage

“Creating a happy marriage begins with choosing the right spouse.”
