Remove the pressure on yourself and remove the block. Open up your journal and write. Just write. Non-linear, nonsensical, non-cohesive writing... Just let whatever comes out come in whatever form it comes. Grammar/punctuation/spelling not necessary for this exercise. Once you get all that "front matter" -- the junk stuff -- out of the way and onto the page, you will realize that what you really want to write about starts to come and flow freely. Try it.(less)
