I'm J. M. Reines, author, model, and former adult performer. I'm not new to writing but only recently published my first novel, Dangerous Obsessions. It's based on a series of short stories I wrote 20 years ago, and after rewriting, rewriting them again, and rewriting them again, I decided to put them in book form. It is the first in a series of three.

There's a lot of truth in my fiction. I tend to write what I know and have experienced, though changed for dramatic effect. I've found that writing adult fiction can be a bit lonely. I thought I would say hi and see if their are any kindred spirits.

My Rules for Writing

I’m a pantser. That means I start writing and usually let the characters tell the story as I go. That doesn’t mean I don’t have a sense of direction for where the story is going. I guess I have a big picture in my mind for where I want the story to go, but I let the characters work themselves toward it.

Whether you’re a pantser or a plotter, the idea is just to get in there and start writing. I th Read more of this blog post »

John Molly has told me about these before, but i've never 'seen it' personally,
a Troll attacked her latest book Breaking Emily In
It's a masterpiece (even by Molly's standards) of descriptive nastiness.
You'll love it
The asshole gave her one star and left no review.. a completely anonymous Troll.

She needs your review!!! An honest review. (not asking for five stars)
She's currently driving back to Chicago
i jumped onto the ORC book and left poor Emily sit till later.

Can you send me a epub of your book? I need that so i can open it on my tablet. Reading on my pc is a pain in the ass.

Thanks.
John

John tip

two people you want to do your reviews

Sydney has both of them in her friends list they both did reviews on her first book, i told her to friend them so she can ask them in the future.

(they're easier to find in her list, than mine)

Hank and Kymagirl

they are both fair, generous and consistant

Her books will blow your sox into next week

An author can't always see what they've written. When you read your own stuff you're actually remembering what you meant to say and not actually seeing the words. You can catch some things, but it's always better to get some fresh eyes on your work. I like suggestions. I may not always agree, but I always consider them.

John by the way.
your concept of Alpha and Beta Readers, in addition to ARD readrs

i lost a great writer yesterday, she is erratic, but when her head is on straight, she's awesome.
I tried like hell to let me read her galley's before she submitted them
she had two good stories but made technique mistakes that blew them to hell. they fizzled.

Trying to convice her that what she 'sees' in her head,,, is not making it to the page.. drove me nuts.
Basicallyn she got pissed.

I told her what was wrong with the story,,, and she posted it unchanged, anyway
soooo i put my critique into my review.

if she had used Alpha and Beta readers,.. she would have learned her errors.
they were, to a degree, habitual

John I just found your reply (yes) to my request for a copy of Bound

it's been a busy day..
I just got promoted to mod for a group that's been inactive since 2014
I pestered GR admin and they finally replied with a yes.
I'm now the co-moderator (along with a ghost)
for the group Sex, BDSM, and Romance.

needless to say you're invited..
The group has been competely idle for over 12 years.
The guy created the group and then left GR totally.
so no mod.

I do reviews for Molly Pike and Peaches Dean, and last week i got a request from Sydney Collins
I did the review for her new book Seduced in front of my Husband.
that review was fun.

my email is jsch1947#gmail

please send it epub format

I will be glad to review your book. of course, it will make things faster if i read it first.
