Dear Harry,Thanks so much for your enthusiastic comments. I thought, given your comments on The Book of Unknown Americans that you might enjoy it. The next book, "A Blossom of Bright Light" will be out the end of October. I hope you enjoy it as much.
Best wishes and thanks,
Suzanne
Suzanne, I just finished Land of Careful Shadows. All I can say is that it's one helluva good novel! Honestly…I couldn't put it down. Books like this are truly significant for educating people in the U.S. to an understanding of issues surrounding immigrants, especially those who are undocumented. Your book is rich on so many levels, dealing with situations which most of us are familiar with in one way or another. Can't wait to read the 2nd Jimmy Vega book!
