I grew up in Chicago but I've called many places home - India, California, Italy - and each one has left its mark on me.

I find wisdom and insight in old fables and folklore. I appreciate the diversity of rituals and ceremonies in other cultures. I love mixing psychology and dream analysis with imagination. The jumping between all the different characters was really difficult and not the style I loved about the first 3 books.
