David Gosnell is a former ad-man, now full-time insurance adjuster who writes a bit to keep his sanity while working away from home. David is a terrible, but loud musician, a fair tennis player, and wishes he had time to play fantasy MMORPGs they way he used to..

The Wielder: Betrayal was David's first novel. It's been followed by four more installments in the series and a novella focusing on the succubus character, Silithes.

Long time coming

The first draft of Death Curse, part two is done. Now the hard work of edit. Had to share, I'm pretty stoked about it.

I’m not really a fan of period works. Most read as kind of pretentious to me. Not this one. I enjoyed the characters, the light story, the authenticity of the period details, and the point of view of Mrs. Holmes, uhh, I meant Sapori.

Lapidius has lots of 5-star ratings. This isn’t one of them.

With a lead-in like that, you might think I’m going to rip on this work. I’m not. But I’m going to be honest about my read of it. Let’s start with the good.

The premise has excellent groundi

Nice to visit with Harry again

I enjoyed this fun Novella. If you enjoy the Dresden files, I think you will too.

Oh geez, four more words are required.

A fun affair, indeed

More intrigue. More monsters. More great battles. And more cat-think.

I’ll get #3.

Six more words required… but I will get number three says it all.
