Thanks for being a friend. I like your piece about coffee. It reminded me of the way my Mother used to prepare the beverage. It was with boiled milk and stirred madly with a fork or whisk. I suppose it was an old fashion 'latte'. I hope to read your book about Twitter.
Thanks Ian for friendship. You are most welcomed to visit my blog Green Planet here http://creategreenplanet.blogspot.com/

Fellow authors: how much coffee do you drink while writing? And do you think it affects what you write? In my case, I was reviewing my novel and realised that 'coffee' found its way into my book in all sorts of ways. And I don't mean spilled onto my manuscript, I mean as in made it into the content!! It was there as plot devices, as character traits, as locations and as backgrounds. Which made me wonder whether I'd stumbled across a narrative motif. Or was I just a victim of society's latest craze, coffee culture?
You can read my full analysis of this, ahem!, nail biting dilemma in my latest blog post: http://ian-sutherland.net/2013/10/25/...
