I just finished a real good book called "Life Reboot" by Sarah Wall which I would highly recommend. I'm also looking forward to the new book by Terry Fallis called "One Brother Shy" which is supposed to released by the end of the month. I've read all of his previous books and highly recommend them. There's still some books by David Baldacci that I haven't read so I'll probably read one or two of his as well. I also like trying books by Indie authors which I normally stumble across through BookBub.(less)

For example, "Goliath" is about Henry's bipolar brother who tells him a fantastic story while in one of his manic states. That part is true - the rest of the story is fiction. "The Back Nine" is a story about life after fifty. Some of the plot line is based on things that happened to me in real life, some are based on stories told to me by members of the golf club where I worked as a starter, and some are fiction. I find the stories are better if they are based on real-life events because the feelings and emotions come through.

Even my latest novel, "Women 101", is based somewhat on real-life events. Some of it is based on stupid things I did when I was dating, some of it is based on stupid things my son did, and some is complete fiction. I'll leave it up to the reader to determine which is which.(less)

"Passenger 14C" Free Until June 27th

This week I'm running a promotion, in conjunction with eReaders News Today, making the Kindle version of "Passenger 14C" FREE until June 27th.

Link: https://www.amazon.com/Passenger-14C-...

I obviously don't make any money giving away free books, but I'm hoping that people who enjoy the first book in the trilogy will purchase the other two books (Secrets and The Guilty). Read more of this blog post »

There were a LOT of things I liked about this book. It has a compelling story with lots of twists and turns, a quick pace and unreliable narrators. However, it also has a lot of "head hopping" (i.e. quick switches from being in one character's head t ...more
