I don’t know about you, but asking for help has never been easy for moi. Giving, sure. Receiving? Uhhh…. Here’s the catch, you’ll never experience the generosity that your pals, family and colleagues are capable of unless you put yourself out there – especially when you need support most. It doesn’t make you any less of a person – even The Beatles needed “a little help from my friends” to get by. I’ve been gearing up for my big Crazy Sexy Diet launch on January 16th for months and I’ve had to reach out and ask for support from everyone I know (and then some!). Wowzas! I had no idea how much love and “heck yeahs” I’d receive in return. We forget that others love to give too. So next time you need a hand…. ask! Whatever your dream is, you can’t do it alone. And you’ll be pleasantly surprised and filled with that mood-boosting emotion we call gratitude.
