Healing requires pruning of the soul

When we begin on our journey of healing we tend to focus on the tangible. We like to pick things apart.

We rid ourselves of the toxicity our eyes see. Out of sight, out of mind. Or so we think. Maybe we really just “store” them.

Our hands are always moving, staying busy. We take off our boots and beat off the muck of despair that we’ve been dragging our hearts around in.
