Tony is a sought-after self-empowerment author, expert speaker, and coach who is dedicated to helping individuals lead remarkable lives. With his transformative program, "The Power to Navigate Life", Tony empowers individuals to achieve mental, emotional, and physical well-being through his easy-to-follow principles.

His groundbreaking book of the same name has gained local and international recognition, with none other than NY Times Bestselling author Dr. Eldon Taylor contributing the foreword. Tony's follow-up book, "Reconstructing the Past to Create a Remarkable Future" impressed international author Dr. Joe Vitale from "The Secret", who wrote the foreword. I am productive with the writing process at certain times of the day. The morning is a good time to write new material, while the afternoon is ideal practice for editing my work.

As someone who promotes health and wellbeing, staying physically and mentally active helps avoid writer's block. After a workout I am thriving with new material and content, so I always make it a point to make notes that will be used in the future.

The other key aspect of my writing process is taking daily afternoon naps when I hit the dreaded slump hour (3 - 4 pm). Since I don't drink caffeine, my mental energy tends to wane during this time. A brief nap, not only energises me, it provides an opportunity for amazing inspiration and ideas.

You'll be pleased to know that the title of the book was previously called "Navigate Life." During an afternoon nap one day I had a strong inspiration to add "The Power" to the title. It felt right and I knew to act on the inspiration. I feel guided by my intuition on many occasions during the writing process and most importantly trust and act on it.(less)

Why You Keep Repeating Old Patterns Even When You Know Better

Why We Fall Back Into Old Patterns
“We do not learn from experience…we learn from reflecting on experience.” — John Dewey.

Most people don’t intend to be reactive in their daily life, nor are they trying to be defensive or impatient. Their desire is to be calm and respond rather than react. Most people also want to be responsible, steady, and, at times, courageous. So why do we fall short of the

Brittany McCann I would like to extend an invitation to you to join my goodreads group. My goal is to find an enjoyable place to visit to find all of the things you want in a group. We have a lot of group and buddy read options and are constantly adding more read & review opportunities, if you enjoy challenges and posting of free ebooks, as well as author participated discussions, then come on over to For Love of A Book, where every group matter has the power to help shape the group into the best it can be.
