P.D. Cain is a prolific British author retired to the Algarve in Portugal, with over 600 published titles spanning early reader short stories, colouring books, self-help guides, and science fiction.
He is the creator of the What Shall We Do Today? series — approximately 370 short story ebooks for early readers — and the April Dawn series, a young adult science fiction thriller exploring artificial consciousness and what it truly means to be human. The April Dawn series began with a dream in 2012 and shows no signs of stopping.
