This is a difficult one. There are a ton of great things. For instance -- I go to work in yoga pants and a hoody (my kids call it my uniform), I set my own hours, and I don't answer to anyone until it goes to the editor.

My favorite part is probably the fact that there is a creative outlet for me. I'm not artistic and I'm not a good singer but I love to sit down and let the characters tell me which path to take!(less)

When it doesn't add up

I love falling in love, the feeling is unlike anything else in the world. It has been compared to roller coasters and free falls and I think that is part of it, but not all.

Each time I write a new character, I fall in love with them in some way. I write lines that I would love to hear or see an embrace in a way that makes me feel giddy inside.
