Hmmm. This is a difficult one. There are a ton of great things. For instance -- I go to work in yoga pants and a hoody (my kids call it my uniform), I set my own hours, and I don't answer to anyone until it goes to the editor.
My favorite part is probably the fact that there is a creative outlet for me. I'm not artistic and I'm not a good singer but I love to sit down and let the characters tell me which path to take!
