Sounds corny - I know - but it works for me.

Then I just start typing - anything and everything. Whatever comes to mind. Random words, random thoughts or phrases. I call it my "word dump" - and somehow as i'm doing this - something pops out almost like a neon sign flashing before my eyes - and BOOM - my block is gone. :)

OR: I "blue sky" with a great friend of mine . Tossing out ideas, even names for characters and that's helped too. :)(less)
