Women fight for many different rights, but as it turns out we rarely put to use a right that doesn’t require any struggle — THE RIGHT TO PROPOSE.

Every February 29, according to tradition, women ask men to marry them. WHY?
I don’t mean why they wait four years to propose, but why for all devils’ sake they don’t propose whenever they want?

A Mirror’s article predicted that 1 in 30 women will propose on February 29th, the Leap Year Proposals Day. The article also noted that men are taking sole responsibility for nearly three quarters (71%) of all marriage proposals overall. However, the most interesting information was that although over 40% of men agree that women have as much right as men to pop the question, almost a third of women (29%) still feel that it's a man’s job to propose.

I say, if he is the man you want to spend the rest of your life with, and you understand that the rest of your life starts TODAY- then don’t wait, just propose!

If he’ll be intimidated by the question or decline because he is Stereotypical biased, then he is not the men you want to marry.
