Truth has many paradigms, many examples...the simple beauty of Truth is that is "it is what it is" and with a focused mind it can be relatively simple to reognize.
Truth should most definetely be viewed as being on a spectrum. With Truth on one side and it's exact opposite falsehood. There is varying degrees and examples of each- for every situation.
There is a process involved with becoming aware of how Truth works. The Truth is not always easy to see, or understand. Therefore a specific process is needed to be utilized inorder to survey the situation and accurately make decisions, keeping you on the truth side of the spectrum. This is a good place to stay if you can because the falsehood side is uniquely clever and much more difficult to navigate thru. Eastern traditions have always spoke of a "way" or a "flow" to allign ones "self" with. This does appear to be extremely important to recognize as early in life as you can. Time does not have to be wasted...this is also a Truth.
When a process is utilized effectively it is truly spectacular to witness...
