Two Subpoena's
I am not paying child support right now, the kids just went back to her. For eight months she hasn’t paid a dime to me towards the kids. But I have no doubt they will take money from me immediately, they have to, she is the mother. It is imperative that I be as poor as possible so that I can no longer cause her or the courts any more trouble with lawyers and accountability and such.
So what’s in it for Minnesota? Seven percent, in order to keep as much unearned money as possible in this states coffers the men are charged as much as humanly possible. I once asked a worker at the Blue Earth Child Support Office, “How am I supposed to survive when you’re taking this much money from me?” Her snide reply, “Get another job.”
And while we’re on the subject of Blue Earth County Child Support Offices, that same worker lied to both me and my employer. I approached her supervisor, who conducted a thorough investigation came back with, “This is a very interesting case, I have corrected any mistakes made.”
I asked, “She lied to me, I want a different case worker.”
His reply, “I would be careful about making those accusations, switching case workers is a very complicated process.”
I told him, “She will be doing something to affect my taxes next year, I want a different case worker.”
He told me good day. He would not look at my proof, I was ignored. The following year before I filed my taxes I found out she had in fact put some of my child support in a state account in order for the IRS to put a hold on my taxes. She diverted my money, just because. He finally gave me another case worker, I have yet to speak to her.
Last night 14SEP19 I received two subpoena’s for my two oldest children. They are to testify in the Federal trial against the drug dealer that had been living with my ex-wife. My children are ten and eight, I imagine that once he gets out of jail he will be pretty angry. I also imagine my children will be much older then and might be retaliated against. I told the woman issuing the subpoena’s that my children were taken from my custody the night before, she pointed out they were still listed as living with me.
